Outlook 2007 Email Synchronization

L

Larry Milam

I have 2007 Outlook installed on my desktop and laptop computers. I use my
desktop for emails and my wife uses the laptop. From time to time, we travel
and I have to use the laptop for my emails. Does anyone know of any software
to "synchronize" the Outlook emails from the desktop to the laptop and vice
versa. In the past I have always just copied the .pst file from desktop to
laptop. However, I now keep the laptop, desktop, and my wife's iPhone in
synch using MobileMe for our calendars, contacts, and favorites (bookmarks).
This means I need to move only my emails from Desktop Outlook to the Laptop
Outlook. I supposed exporting/importing will work but I would prefer a
simple straight forward program to actually synchronize my email folders
between systems. Anyone else run into this problem?

I ran into same problem about a year ago, but found great solution
called Sync2. It synchronize outlook between multiple computers. Program
works in background and is very stable. Developers release updates at
least once in 2 months each time adding additional options and features.
Most recent release enables to sync Google contacts and calendar with
outlook.

Check it out at: 'Sync2 for Outlook - Free software downloads and

Hope this helps ;)
