Outlook 2007 Error message on start up

I have MS Office Pro and have been using Outlook Express. I purchased MS
Office Enterprise and cannot get Outlook 2007 to open (all other programs
work fine and I have reinstalled once and downloaded all updates).

Each time I attempt to open I get an error msg that states, "Microsoft
Outlook has encounter a problem and needs to close". It appears all mail
folders are there but the error message ends my session every time I attempt
to open the program.

Create a new mail profile. Delete the (hidden) file
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat
