Outlook 2007 Error "retunring an unknown error" etc.

Hi there

I have just been getting this message on opening my outlook 2007 today. It
worked perfectly before hand. Its on my laptop running Vista Business and I
have MS Office enterprise via the NHS HUP system.

I get this message when I open the outlook,
"the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook. "

Restarting computer or outlook doesnt solve the issue. It probably started
as i left my laptop on hibernation for too long. who knows either way i need
to retrieve an email pronto!!!
