Outlook 2007 error -unable to launch

Message" the procedure entry point_invoke_watson could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSVCR80.dll. I have checke donline for soem solutions,
but the files exist everywhere they suggest it is not. Reinstalling Office
2007 did not help. PC-Win XP SP2- 1 GB RAM. Any suggestions?--

Would running Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and reinstalling Outlook 2007
fix this issue? My 3rd question in this forum without a reply. Is there some
sort of order or priority I am not aware of? Am I in the right place?
