Outlook 2007 - Error when I start program

I have installed Office 2007 beta with an upgrade of my Office 2003
installation. Now when I try to start outlook 2007 I have this error:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannon open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\Documents and
settings\.......\outlook.ost cannot be accessed. You must connect to your
Microsoft Exchange Server computer at least once before you can use your
offline folder file.
The "outlook.ost" file is present in the right folder and my PC is connected
to my network and to my Exchange server.
Any help?

Create a new profile via the Mail icon in Control Panel, add your account
adn start Outlook with that profile.

Rename it to .old and resynch with Exchange.
