Outlook 2007 Event ID 5000 and 5001 Error

Recently, I began having this event ID 5000 error logged under Event Viewer
-> Application whenever I launched Outlook 2007.

The error is as follows,

NIL, P6 NIL, P7 NIL, P8 NIL, P9 NIL, P10 NIL.

Are you using BCM? Has SP 1 been applied? As far as I know, that resolves
this issue.

How do I check if I am using BCM? Would that be reported under Help -> About
Microsoft Office Outlook?

But I did that query and this was what I got.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000)
Part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007

And yes I applied SP1 patch.

I have been having the same problem and I am NOT using BCM and have SP1
update. I searched everywhere using "Autoruns" for any code that is causing
this error but found nothing. This is frustarting!
