We have Shared Mailboxes / Calendars in Exchange that we want to provide
select people Reviewer access to. For some reason we can only assign the
right to the mailbox / calendar on an individual basis. If we select a
Distribution List in Exchange to apply the Reviewer permission to, it doesn't
provide access to the users at all. If we do it individually, it works fine.
We are using mail-enabled universal security groups. It seems that the righst
are only being provided to the email address of the mail-enabled security
group - not the member of that security group.
How can we assign rights to a mailbox to a Exchange mail-enabled
Distribution Group instead of having to do it individually for each of the
users? What are we missing here?
Thanks!
