Hi all,
I have a user who called me this morning and said that the Inboxes from her
Exchange mailbox and Archive Folders have switched places, i.e. her Archived
inbox now appears in her Exchange mailbox and vice versa. My question is,
what could have caused this issue, and how do I fix it? She's using Outlook
2007 with SP1 on Windows XP SP2. We're using Exchange 2003. She said she
can't recall what she clicked when it happened.
She's on cached mode, but her new emails are getting delivered to the Inbox
currently in her Exchange mailbox - the inbox that used to be in Archive
Folders. So her new emails are still getting sent to her Exchange mailbox.
Thanks in advance
Jeremy
