Outlook 2007 & Exhange 2007 - > Outlook hangs at random moments

Hey,

I got a problem concerning outlook 2007. it's installed on several pc's in a
windows 2008 server environment and exchange 2007. when im using the agenda
and i click to open a new subject, 9/10 outlook hangs, doesn't respond and
then i get a grey/white window for 5to10seconds. it fixes itself and i can
work again for some minutes....

any one had this problem or knows what to do?
office is up to date and every windows update is installed)

my pc runs vista business, the other one xp pro.
