Outlook 2007 - Extremly Slow

Hi,

I've upgraded from Outlook 2003 SP2 to Outlook 2007. I'm running the
software on an IBM T60 with 5400 Seagate Harddrive. Every time a click on an
e-mail Outlook take about 1-5 seconds to update the view pane and when
changing between different explorers it is even worse.

It's extremly hindering my work and I'm thinking of rolling back to the old
version. Does anyboy know how to speed up Outlook 2007?

Paul,

I had the same problem, but this solved it! Because you upgraded you should
recreate you mail profile. Nobody told me either...

Hi Chuck,

I deleted my profile, how ever this brought no speed increasement. I using
Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2007.

Any thoughts?

I know nothing about Exchange Server (including all versions). Sorry.
