Outlook 2007 Feezeup

After putting a flag on an email, Outlook 2007 completely froze up. On the
lower right where such flagged emails list, it just kind of pulsates. I have
restarted Windows Vista and run SCANPST.EXE, but to no avail. Not even the
mouse cursor will work within the Outlook window. An older backup of
outlook.pst works fine. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Office 2007 Pro w/SP1
