Outlook 2007 - Filter emails where colleague is in TO box

Hi there,

I would like to move to a specifc folder every emails where I am in CC
and addressed directly to a colleague of mine (i.e. he is in the TO
box). But I don't want this rule to apply if both of us are in cc.
How to do this in Outlook 2007?
