Outlook 2007 Folders

I have 11 email addresses and rather than have them all come into my inbox
sorted by color categories, how would I set up a rule to move incoming mail
to a particular email address automatically into a folder?

Easier way to do it - set up your folders, then do Tools-Account settings.
When you highlight each mail account, a button should appear at the bottom,
allowing you to change the folder into which the mail is delivered.
