Outlook 2007 freezes on send/recieve. No errors

I have Outlook 2007 on Vista with a bunch of POP3 accounts setup. Everything
has been working fine for years.

Today all the sudden when send/receive executes, it just freezes. It says
"0 of 48 Tasks have completed successfully". Progress is stuck on
"processing" No errors or anything.

I know my internet connection is working. I can also send/receive from
Outlook Express on another computer on this network. Also, Windows Mail on
this same computer works fine when sending/receiving.

I have tried creating new account groups with just one email account but
this did not help either.

I also tried rebooting...no luck.

Any ideas to try?
