Just Guessing
I'm having an issue with Outlook 2007 on a Windows XP SP2 computer. Other
computers on the network don't have the problem. Whenever you try to attach
any kind of file using a mapped drive, Outlook freezes up for about three
minutes before actually adding the file. This only happens on the first try.
After that, attaching files occurs normally. The files are not abnormally
large.
I have deleted and recreated the mapped drive. I have cleared the IE7
cache. I have made sure that Office is fully updated. I have disabled AVG
antivirus. There are no other third party add-ins.
The mapped drive is on a Windows SBS 2003 server.
Thanks!!
