I have to use Task Manager to End process of Outlook 2007 severla times due
to freezing. Has anyone else has this issue? I am using a laptop connected to
an Exchange server.
Thanks

Stephen:

I am having the same problem. I found that exiting from the file menu allows
me to exit without using Task Manager.

Hi Diane,
I have Redcoal email to sms loaded which worked fine under 2003 - it appears
to be a screen refreh type freeze (if that makes sense!). I have 1gb ram.
Thanks

Hi,

To start with, open Outlook through Start> Run> outlook /safe
Try closing Outlook and check it closes automatically without you having to
open Task Manager.

If it does close out fine, try renaming the file extend.dat and check again
after a machine reboot.
