We have a brand new computer in our office that has been freezing a couple of
times a day when the user is typing an e-mail in Outlook 2007. I have been
tracking it and the freezing does not seem to have any pattern to (ie, not
only with replied mail or forwards or new mail). It always happens in the
middle of typing the e-mail and does not recover. We have to do
Ctrl-Alt-Delete and shut outlook down every time. Which cause not only a laps
in work time it always deletes the e-mail so that things have to be retyped
some times a number of times. As I said this is a brand new computer that has
had no other versions of Outlook installed on it and we have tried
reinstalling outlook and this has not fixed the problem. If any one can help
with this problem it would be greatly appreciated. Please let know if more
information is need and I will provide that right away. Thanks
