I'm not sure whether Messenger is responsible for this, but immediately after
I installed Messenger 14.0.8089.726, at least one font in Outlook 2007
changed. I'm not referring to the fonts in my email messages -- those are
fine -- but the actual interface fonts. For example, the text as well as the
headers in the message lists (Today, Yesterday, etc.), field labels in
contact records and tasks, the Send, BCC, and CC buttons, the message over
emails that says "This message was sent with high importance", etc., and some
other spots. I'm not sure what font it is now, but it is wider than what
Outlook was using before (not sure what that was either, but it was the
default font used by Outlook 2007).
I've tried rebooting and have looked through every options window I can find
in Outlook as well as my display settings, but I can't find where this font
is controlled or how to change it back. Any thoughts?
