Hi there,
I have just installed a new laptop for a user that is running Windows XP SP3
and Office 2007 SP1. The user has a 2GB mailbox on a local Exchange server
and Outlook is running in cached Exchange mode. My problem is that every
5-10 minutes Outlook hangs for around 5 seconds - I can move the mouse but
cannot click on anything. I have created a new Windows profile and a new
Outlook profile but the problem remains. I have unticked all Outlook COM
addins and uninstalled the antivirus (Symantec AV 10) temporarily but the
problem remains. No other user is experiencing the problem and this user
wasn't experiencing the problem on his old laptop which was also Windows XP
and Office 2007.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
