Outlook 2007 Hangs after Install

Dear All, I have read most of the Posts concerning this subject and I have
tried all the proposed solutions, but to no avail. I am running Office Pro
PLus on WinXP2. I did an "upgrade" from Office 2003. When Outlook 2007 starts
"in normal mode" it hangs at the "Configuring Outlook" stage. It does work in
"safe" mode. I have changed the ".dat" files to ".old", I have created new
Profile at Mail in Control Panel.
Nothing Seems to work. Can someone PLEASE help me. thanks, Michael Finberg.

Which addins do you have installed? Disable them and try again. Enable them
one by one to find the culprit.

Add Ins Installed (and now deactivated):
Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007; Microsoft Outlook Mobile
Service; Microsoft VBA for Outlook; Plaxo; Send to Bluetooth
Still not responding n Normal Mode (safe mode OK) ??!!
