Outlook 2007 Hangs after KB936330 X86 update

This update for Vista went fine but after the update Outlook is continually
giving the error "Outlook has stopped working...Outlook will restart" IT
does this continually. If i do a repair from the CD it will work correctly
once. If I shut down Outlook it will go through the previous cycle again. I
think this is a major update and prefer to keep it rather than doing a
restore. I've noticed some posts that mention reinstalling Outlook did not
solve the problem either. I prefer not to do this if possible.

I have Vista Home and Office 2007.

What's logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

I've noticed some posts that mention reinstalling Outlook did not
solve the problem either. I prefer not to do this if possible.

It's probably not going to help you either as it is pretty much the same as
a repair.

Can you explain the Event Viewer?

Also I get an error taht the file can't be found for the safe mode.

Look in the Application Log for errors reported by Outlook.
