Is this normal? I have the same behavior on two computers running Windows XP
w/SP3 and Outlook 2007 w/SP1. I don't seem to have this problem on a laptop
running Outlook on Vista. It only seems to happen on Windows XP.
When I send a message, I can't click anywhere else within Outlook or do
anything in Outlook for about 2-3 seconds, sometimes it takes 5 or more.
Eventually control is restored and everything is fine again. Surely sending
a message is a background task. Why would it do this?
Any thoughts? Any known fixes?
Thanks,
Colin
