Outlook 2007 hangs when language is changed

Hello,

My Outlook 2007 hangs when I try to switch the typing language from English
to Right-to-Left language (Arabic) using the keboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift).
This problem happens when I try to draft a new email or when I try to forward
and edit a recieved email.
It is a fresh installation of Office and I have installed all available
updates from Microsoft Updates.
I tried to run Office Diagnostics and found no errors to fix. I also
disabled all add-ins and restarted Outlook but the problem still there.

Final note: I'm using Outlook to connect to POP/SMTP & MAPI accounts only.

My system details as below:
Outlook version: Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO
(12.0.6320.5000)
Office version: Office Enterprise 2007 with SP1
OS version: Windows XP with SP3

The problem is fixed after I checked the key settings for switching the
language:
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages tab -> Details
-> Key Settings

Just use the correct key assignment.
