Outlook 2007 High CPU with SharePoint

I have users with Outlook 2007 who are getting high CPU utilization every
couple of days where we have to remove the Sharepoint Lists (Personal
Documents) from the Outlook account settings.

Anyone have a fix? This has been going on for sometime with no relief.
