Outlook 2007 - Hotmail Error.

I'm getting this error message when I try to send an email through Outlook
2007 via Hotmail. I have the paid suscription. Does anyone know what it
means???

Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC35) : The server cannot
process the request. You may not have cookies enabled for your e-mail
server's domain. To enable cookies, check your brower's privacy settings. The
server responded 'Method Not Allowed'.'

I am using the free hotmail account with Outlook connector and have no
problem in accessing the mailbox
