Hi -
I'm coordinating a very large Outlook 2007 rollout and want to be able
to automatically create an IMAP mail account for all users when
Outlook is launched for the first time. When Outlook is first
launched, the user is prompted to create a new profile, and then the
Exchange account is created. After this is done, the IMAP account
should be created using pre-populated information I would supply.
I'm looking for some type of script that would add the IMAP account.
It could be automatically launched or triggered by a user using a
toolbar button or anything like that. Just need to code to add the
account, but I don't see any events or properties in VBA that can do
that. I'm pretty sure it can be done because I recall seeing some
cable companies automatically provisioning Outlook accounts in the
past.
Ideas?
