Outlook 2007 - How to customize context menu?

Hello group,

Is there a way to customize the context menu in Outlook 2007? If yes,
can it be done manually or it has to be done via programming. In
particular, I'd like to add a command for the context menu when right-
clicking a contact, under item "Create".
