Outlook 2007 HTML Images Display Small Sometimes

When I receive HTML newsletters in Outlook 2007 (espcially from Constant
Contact), the images often display very small. The images are links to .jpgs
hosted remotely.

This problem appears in the preview pane and when I open the email and
download the images.

When I close the email and come back later, DIFFERENT images will display
incorrectly. The ones that were originally small, often show up correctly.

I have the same behavior on my XP desktop and my Vista notebook.

I don't see anyone else reporting this problem, but why me??!
