I'm experiencing problems when replying to certain HTML formatted e-mails. On
some e-mail messages I have received, when replying, pressing Enter appears
to add an HTML paragraph break rather than the usual single line break. I
believe that these problematic e-mail messages are sent from Outlook 2003.
This causes double spacing in the e-mail message. While it is possible to use
Shift+Enter to add a normal line break, this behavior seems rather strange
and it has thus far been impossible to determine which e-mail messages would
require Shift+Enter other than the initial reply message whitespace being
twice the usual size. This was not the case when replying with Outlook 2003.
I have deleted NormalEmail.dotm to be sure that there was not some strange
formatting assigned, but this has not resolved the issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
