Hi all.
Vista Ultimate, Office 2007 SP1, IE7.

For some reason, when a hyperlink in an email message is clicked, IE7 opens
but displays its homepage, not the URL from the Hyperlink.

Laptop is used by a colleague who is away a lot and can't remember when it
happened.

Any ideas before I reinstall the whole shebang?

Cheers

I'd try resetting the web settings in IE first. Control panel, Internet
options, advanced tab.

Thanks Diane.

I had already tried that to no avail. I've just done it again after patching
everything up to date but still no joy. I'm going to uninstall/reinstall
Office and see if that does the trick.

Cheers

Reinstalling office rarely fixes anything - try office diagnostics. Also
check in the IE newsgroups - there may be other methods when web settings
doesn't work.
