Outlook 2007 in cache mode - will not sync deleted items folder to server

We are running Outlook 2007 on a windows xp pro SP2 client connecting to an
Exchange 2003 SP2 server.

We are running very little in terms of group policy.

Running in cache mode - Deleted items are not the same on the local copy as
compared to the server copy, it seems every folder is the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

If only you can, then disable cached mode - we got plenty of issues related
to OL2007 running in cached mode

I am still getting sync issues with Outlook 2007.

This is what type of error I am getting

It is weird because if I take Outlook 2007 out of logging mode it worked.

Maybe it just does not work all the time. Is there any hotfixes that might
pertain to this issue?
