Outlook 2007 Insert picture directory changed

My "Pictures" Directory has always opened (default) if while in composing an
email I click on Insert>Picture. All at once, for the last few days, now
when I want to insert a picture, I get the Program Files>Microsoft
Office>Office 12 Directory. I've not installed any new MS programs, only
important updates. Could this have messed this up somehow?

I've looked everywhere for help in this, and I've seen discussions regarding
the "Attach" file default directory, but none on this. My "Attach" file
still defaults to My Documents, it hasn't changed. Getting annoyed while
trying to send emails with pics inserted for Christmas.
