Outlook 2007 Install issues

I am getting a message that says that setup cannot find
Outlookr.ww|office64WW.msi. It asks me to browse to a valid install source
and click okay but I have no idea what a valid source is, it will not let me
install it in the office folder.

It is a new computer running Vista Home Premium 64 bit edition
