Outlook 2007 (installed on VISTA) hangs

Whenever someone sends me a meeting request, outlook hangs, CPU is 100% and I
have to use Task Manager to exit. Here is the report:

I have tried running in safe mode, I have disable all add-ins I deleteted
the .dat files, and still has not helped. Any other idea how to resovle that?
