Outlook 2007 installs every time I open it

I recently purchased Office 2007 Small Enterprise. Installation for all the
components, but Outlook went fine and they are all functional. Outlook
however, will not install properly. Each time I open it, it reinstalls.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled using the various options (install on
machine, install only when needed, etc) after doing registry cleaning and
nothing works.

Another problem is that the Office Live Connector, which I had set up in
Outlook 2003 does not recognize that I have Outlook installed at all.
Thinking the Connector might be the problem, I uninstalled it too and then
reinstalled, to no avail. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

For Office Enterprise issues see the following. Support on this version is only
available from MS or your IT Department and we cannot help you here with the Office
Enterprise version.

Sorry but we do not know if it is Pirated or not. You should have gotten these
instructions as above on your Home Program purchase from your Company
