Outlook 2007, Internet Calendars, and ActiveSync

I have a few google calendars added as Internet Calendars in Outlook
2007. Is there a way to sync the internet calendars via ActiveSync to
my cell phone? Right now, it only syncs the main calendar.

No. ActiveSync only supports the default calendar.

Well, how about ICS files? Can I export Google Calendars to ICS,
import them into Outlook, and sync this way? Do ICS files import to
the default calendar?

No. ActiveSync only supports the default calendar.
