Outlook 2007 is sending emails out that I didn't initiate

My boss is receiving emails from me that I never sent to him (i.e. enlarge
your penis size, etc.). I am worried that these same emails are also being
sent to our clients. I checked my Sent Items folder and these emails are
showing up in there as being sent from me but I never sent them. Do I have a
virus?? I have Norton Antivirus and ran a full system scan last night but
didn't come up with anything significant.
