Sabo, Eric
I am running Outlook 2007 with Service Pack 1 (I thought perhaps the service
pack would fix the problem), I am having the following problem.
running on winodws xp SP2 in non-cache mode:
When I try to delete a lot of messages (say over 1,000 mail items in my
inbox), Outlook 2007 will only delete about 200. Then I can do a ctrl-a
and it re-highlights them and then it will only do about 150 more. Then
after this delete it won't display any mail in the inbox, I actually have
to click on another folder and then come back into inbox to display the
messages that are left.
If I use Outlook 2003 it works perfectly on the mailbox in question.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks in advance,
