I am using Outlook 2007 on Vista
Version string (12.0.6300.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000)
I experience several times a freeze and then (after some 10 sec) an outlook
restart.
This happens especially in the calendar tool, when entering appointments
direclty into the day view.
Or when modifying appointments by drag and drop of the borders (which by the
way doesn't reliably pick the active appointment of adjacent appointments,
but just any of the two).
Furthermore I found that the calendar title is not updated correctly it
seems to be stuck with my colleague's name as I opened his calendar 2h ago
but closed it afterwards.
Sometimes after re-awakeing the system with outlook on, there is a problem
with the .ost file and all shortcuts get lost.
Please: create a tool to backup the shortcuts. They are very helpful, but
get lost once in a while which is costing a lot or work to re-create!
Its many little things, that I would have hoped were fixed with the recent
SP1.
I guess, you guys have still a lot to do...
But altogether it is working fine, regardless of the 2 restarts I need to do
every day.
