In Outlook 2003 we can erase all junk mail in the folder by right clicking on
the Junk email header and selecting "delete all". In Outlook 2007 this is no
longer available. I would like to see that feature added back in, rather
than having to "select all" and then hitting "delete". The same thing goes
for the deleted items folder.
