Outlook 2007 Junk Mail Filter Not Working for IMAP

I've setup a number of IMAP accounts on Outlook 2007 and the Junk Mail
Feature doesn't work. It filters fine on my POP accounts, but nothing happens
for IMAP. It doesn't create a folder on the server or anything.

I'm not sure how to get it working?
