Outlook 2007 Junk Mail registry setting

I work in IT at a college in NY. We use group policies to set the junk mail
filter for Outlook 2007 to "high". We would like to be able to allow some
people with Administrative accounts to set the filter to "Safe Lists Only".
Can you provide me with the registry setting to set this option?

There is no such registry setting; you cannot override policies. You'll have
to filter that policy for those users.
