Outlook 2007 just hangs

After about 3 days with Outlook 2007, I am experiencing some issues with it.
I am connecting to an Exchange 2003 SP2 server in cache mode. It just
hangs minimize in the taskbar until I use task manager to close it
completely. Are there any hot fixes for Outlook 2003 or perhaps Exchange
2003 SP2 for this issue? Outlook 2003 never did this. My client is
windows XP SP2.
