well the laptop keeps crashing i have look in evewnt view and dicoverd that
it was outlook 2007 that cause the crash, so i sent a email to that laptop
and it crashed strait away, but is doesn't do it all the time only occuianly
but we have given her a new laptop, docking station and power suppy to try
and sort out hte problem before i found out it was outlook that was causeing
the problem. thank any advise would help thanks
