I've been ignoring this problem since October 2008. I upgraded my trial
version and paid online. The email I received with the product key has never
worked. I'm finally sick and tired of not having Outlook and looking to get
charged another 49 dollars from support to activate a product I've already
paid for.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated
