I am considering a purchase of Outlook 2007. I use 2-3 PCs for home use only
(Windows 2000 & Vista)

I cannot find pre-sales license terms online (very frustrating! are
customers expected to buy the product first in order to access the fine
print?)

Is there a special license offer available for more than one PC? Can a
single retail purchase be installed on more than one PC?

Please advise &/or leave a MS sales phone number that does not charge for
the asking.

A retail license allows you to install Outlook on your main PC and to 1
mobile device of the main user of that PC.
Microsoft Sales does not charge you for questions like these. Just contact
your local office.
