Outlook 2007- linking tasks, events, contacts

Linking tasks, events, contacts on the bottom of a window. This was a
feature in outlook 2003.
I do not seem to find it in Outlook 2007.
Any ideas?

Tools>Options>Contact Options>Show contact linking on all forms.
