Outlook 2007 Links

I cant open links embedded in email within Outlook 2007. I get a message
stating I should contact the account administrator. (this is a personal
computer and i am administrator) This is something new that i have not seen
before. Thanks in advance for your help.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
