Outlook 2007 Master Categories

Hi,

Is anyone that is using Outlook 2007 have a master category list shared
among computers?
I want multible computers share the same mater category list so when someone
adds a category, all computers have it.

In which kind of mail environment are you?
Are these computers all looking at the same mailbox or to different ones?
Could you give a working scenario as example?

Sorry,

We have 8 computers all on Outlook 2007. All computers have their .pst file
on a common network computer drive. We are using work group share for sharing
the master contact list.

Storing a pst-file on a network share is not recommended nor supported by
Microsoft. If you want to centrally manage your categories for those 8 PCs,
take a look at this addin;
