When sending a meeting the owner of the calendar does not get the option to
respond to the meeting. The response request is checked in the options.
Anyone else having this problem. Also, on another secretary computer the
request is always sent twice to the calendar owner. If they delete the 2nd
response the appointment or meeting is deleted from their calendar.
